Hyundai Motozuma Information
We are pleased to announce the renewal of our Hyundai partnership with Motozuma. Motozuma. com is a social savings website where consumers can save money to be used for a down payment on a vehicle purchase - this can be their own money or money they are gifted by family & friends. Hyundai will to continue to offer a dollar for dollar matching incentive up to $500 for a consumer that buys a new 2010 - 2012 Hyundai using their Motozuma account funds as a down payment.
Here is how the purchase process works. Once you've created a Motozuma account and have money you want to use towards the purchase of a new vehicle you will come into our dealership with a Motozuma Funds Certificate that has a Key Code. This Funds Certificate is generated by you on Motozuma.com to ready their account for transfer. If you don't have their funds certificate and key code, you can generate one instantly on any computer at our dealership.
Below are some FAQ's regarding this program:
What is the process to transfer my funds at time of purchase?
You first have to click the "Ready to buy" link on their profile page to ready their account for a transfer and generate a Funds Certificate. At time of purchase at our dealership, you and a dealership representative will log in at www.motozuma.com/dealer. You and the dealership representative will enter information which will be confirmed to initiate the transfer of Motozuma funds to our dealership.
How long must a Motozuma account be open for a vehicle purchase can be made?
A person must have their Motozuma account open for at least 30 days before they can make a vehicle purchase with their Motozuma funds.
What type of confirmation will I receive from Motozuma?
After all information is submitted and verified, we will be able to print a confirmation page that can be placed in the deal jacket.
Can I use part of my Motozuma funds towards the purchase of a vehicle?
At the current time, all monies in a person's Motozuma account will be transferred to the dealership towards the purchase of the vehicle at time of purchase.
I want to use this money on something other than a vehicle purchase, service, parts, etc. Can I?
Currently, a Motozuma.com account is for the purchase of a vehicle only at a participating state licensed automobile dealership.
I think I have more money in my account. What do I do?
Sometimes transactions can take up to 1-2 business days before appearing in an account. Please allow 24-48 hours for transactions to be processed. Please have the customer contact Motozuma.com by sending an e-mail to support@motozuma.com or by calling 1-877-504-ZUMA (9862) with their name, account username and question(s).
Can I buy a used car with my Motozuma funds?
A customer can buy a used car through a participating state licensed automobile dealership. However, manufacturer match funds will not apply toward the purchase of a used vehicle.
