Here at Doug’s Hyundai we want to express our support to all who may be affected by the coronavirus. The safety of our customers and employees is our #1 concern. We are confident that we have taken and the necessary steps to provide a safe environment for our staff and customers.
At our store, we are exceeding all precautions and preventative measures as recommended by our Local Governing Bodies. In addition to our daily cleaning procedures, we have added cleaning and disinfection of customer and employee touch points (doorknobs, handles, writing surfaces, and desktops, etc.) throughout the work day.
In our service department we have increased our shuttle availability for service appointments for those who prefer to wait at home for their vehicle work to be completed.
We have a time-off policy for any employees that may become sick or those who have immediate family who have become ill. However, we are well-staffed and business here at Doug’s Hyundai continues as usual apart from these and other preventative measures.
