Answer:
If phone is able to text click on appointment link.
Click the corresponding message on the link that applies to you.(First-time Guest/Returning Customer)
For First-time Guests:
Fill out your vehicle information and hit Begin.
If you are recommended a service is that you'd like done, add it to your appointment.(Multipoint Inspections will look at brakes, tires, filters, battery and fluids.)
Otherwise scroll down on the web page and you'll see a list of the other services we provide.
If doing a repair of some kind or other major service like diagnosing a light on the dash, check Generic Repair and add any comments you think the Advisor/Tech will need to understand the problem.
If when searching for an appointment you get a notification that says no appointments available in next 30 days, exit out of it and hit the search function again until dates/times pop up.
Once you have a date & time picked hit next and fill out all of your information. Then confirm appointment.
For Returning Customers:
Log-in to your profile with us and do the same with adding services and appointment dates as First-time customers.
Then confirm appointment.

When asked for Information Reply with:
First Name (Example:John)
Last Name (Example:Smith)
Make/Model (Example:2023 Hyundai Sonata)
VIN (Identification number of vehicle, 17 digits long. Last 8 is also helpful. Example: CG123456)
Service Requested (Example:Oil Change)
Other Requests (Tire Rotation, 60k, Airbag/Engine light)
When prompted to leave a voicemail, please leave as detailed of a message as possible. We will reach out as soon as we can.
